I'm really glad that I've invited by Katemagg Event & Wedding and Darizi Wedding Magazine to present a speech at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong Hotel on March 12, 2011.  This was a function that Mandarin Oriental held a Wedding Fair for Bride-to-be & Groom-to-be.

The Fair contained Hong Kong top painist performance, Wedding dress catwalk, Bridal hair styling & make-up demonstration, Jewelry collection, Wedding Cake work shop, Wedding planner tips.

The speech topic is "How to plan your most appealing moment?"  It's really a good opportunity to give an idea to the couple and coach them how to plan their "dream wedding". 

My speech mostly concentrated on wedding "5 senses" - EYES, SMELL, LISTEN, TOUCH & TASTE!

Also, I did an execise with the audiance on how to "dream travel" for their dream wedding!!!

20110109 Career Talk at Macau!

Erica & Michael are really a nice friendly young couples.  The ceremony held on St. John Church.  Banquet scope totally 25 tables held on Island Shanghri-la Hotel.

It was a wonderful sunny day on last Saturday.  A memoriable wedding ceremony held on Bauhinia Gardend at Kowloon Tsai Park (~300pax) with cake cut and cartering supplement. Evening wedding banquet held on Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel (~400pax).

Outdoor wedding is really a challenge topic for a wedding planner.  Thanks GOD that we got a perfect SUNSHINE day and made the ceremony even more unforgetable!  Communicated with 8-9 vendors for setting up the venue.........from zero to complete, it was complex and contained a lot of leadership, time management and communication skills.

Evening banquet is different from morning ceremony section.  It's more glamourious and fascinating.  Managed all the details with hotel captain in charge, and photographer on time control.  Of course, the seating plan execution.....

Finally, the wedding finished in a memorable and happy ending. 

P.S., I'm still being at the hyper mood, even the wedding took place 3 days ago....

It's really a great pleasure that I could be the wedding planner for Winnie & Bryan.  Anyway, it was a fantastic wedding banquet that I've never seen before.

I've started the planning job since mid of July.  Mostly, I'm be the planner on Church ceremony and take care of the Florist and the-day-of coordinator.  The ceremony was held on Union Church (~400pax) and wedding banquet (~530pax) at Grand Hyatt.

According to the-day-of rundown, I've generated two seperate lists for HOM/Bridesmaids & Bestman/Groomsmen responbilities list.  It is a very useful list that show each individual repsonsibilites of the day.  It made a clear picture for each party what they should do. 

I'm glad that I got this opportunity to be the wedding planner for Winnie & Bryan.  They are very nice and well plan before the wedding.  Also, all HOM/Bridemaids/Bestman/Groomsmen are good and reliable.

At last, I wish Winnie & Bryan have a wonder life with GOD blessing.

I realized that Hong Kong Wedding planning industry has been destoried by some other parties.  However, I believed that it is a business that bring happiness to person.......... and they may remember you  in rest of their life!

However, I'm still having a passion to make the Wedding Planner industry to be good & healthy in Hong Kong.  I noticed that I am only a little dust in somewhere in the industry.  I really don't know what my position in the industry later.  I just only want to delivery happiness and help wedding couples to make their wonderful wedding!

It is my pleasure that I were being the 1st MC of ABC-HK Seminar at Sept. 12, 2009.

The ABC Regional Seminar - Hong Kong venue was held on The City Hall - The Parkview Hong Kong.  I were be the MC on that day.  There was over 70 people who were ABC members, non-members, speakers & guests attended on the Seminar. 

During the Seminar, I were kept on track the rundown.  Annoucement of seminar begins, introduced each speakers and speech topices, controlled the photo shooting schedule.

I were so pround that I could be the 1st MC to present the professional profermance to all guests & speakers on the Association of Bridal Consultant industry.

Woow!!!!!!! I'm a ceritied Assistant Bridal Planner (ABP) member of Association of Bridal Consultants - ABC (U.S.)  I'm really happy that I'm one of the certified member that recognized by a worldwide wedding association.

ABC is for bridal professionals, bridal market, brides and grooms which having over 50 years history since its transformation from the "Professional Bridal Association".  ABC comprises around 5,500 members in 39 countries, is the largest and the most valuable association in the world.  Its head office is a Connecticut in United States.  

Main roles of ABC are to issue the Certificates to members, to prove their professionalism and experience and also educate members for improvement and maintain high standard of bridal business. It is excited that ABC-HK launch at Hong Kong.
